We look for income 2.5 times your rent, good landlord references, and credit score of 660. Screening fee of $30 per applicant when you request a unit.

$300 fully refundable deposit will hold your unit. Tenant pays separately-metered electric and water/sewer. Last month's rent and $800 fully refundable security deposit is payable over 6 months. Sorry, no dogs! One cat per unit with $25 per month pet rent plus fully refundable $300 pet deposit.
